Yesterday was like any other day at the Campaign Monitor cabana - I spoke to a great customer at a Jelly, blogged and met MC Hammer:

Turns out that the Hammer couldn't escape the formidable appeal of a Campaign Monitor t-shirt. He is a wordacious fellow of the text-only kind, after all:

MC Hammer spoke at length on the power of social media and how the next wave of entrepreneurial minds will find exciting ways to monetize existing platforms such as Twitter. That said, within 5 minutes there was great confusion amongst swathes of the crowd, who expected the presentation to be trim on the schooling and expansive on the pants:

I've heard people say that Halloween is as good as Christmas. I tend to agree. Not only do you have a good reason to dress up as a wizard or pirate (or even Colonel Sanders), but you can hit people up for candy while you're at it. "Any plans for Halloween?" "Yeah, I'm going to send out this newsletter, then dress up like Abe Lincoln and get hyper on Twinkies". That's the spirit.
